Ketrazin 100's Levocetirizine for all allergy

Ingredients: Each film-coated tablet contains: Levocetirizine 2HCI ............5mg
Indications for treating allergic rhinitis: Levocetirizine is suitable for the treatment of allergic symptoms, such as perennial allergic rhinitis, seasonal allergic rhinitis and chronic spontaneous rubella.

Dosage: Adults and children 6 years and older: One tablet (5 mg) daily

Patients with renal impairment: For patients with moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance 30-49 ml/min), the recommended dose is one tablet every two days, for patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min) ), the recommended dosage interval should be adjusted to one tablet every three days. Patients with end-stage renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/minute) should not take this drug.

This medicine should be swallowed whole with water. It does not affect the efficacy whether it is taken on an empty stomach or not.

Contraindications:
1. Hypersensitivity to Levocetirizine, cetirizine or their parent hydroxyzine compounds
2. Patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min)
3. Breastfeeding women

Adverse reactions:
Levocetirizine is generally well tolerated, but a small number of adverse reactions may occur, such as dry mouth, headache, drowsiness, fatigue, migraine, pharyngitis, and abdominal pain.
